The location.

Facilities were really bad. The bed frame and mattress were dirty, cocroaches were moving around ..the place was smelling especially in the bathroom.

The staff was really really helpful and the hotel was a good value of money away from the main.

The location is close to main roads but the located is slightly off from the maps location and you have to search for the hotel around. Damp smell around the reception and There were cockroaches in the room.

There was no cleanliness, blanket provided had stains , bathroom floor was slippery. Fan was making noise, bathroom is so congested that a person can not even stand at basins. Don’t know how this property got top ratings
