"Bakwas hotel not refunded my money. We didi not stay yet lost 2500 rs"

Nothing

Bakwas place. Super small room unclean and bad. We did not stay n yet they charged full amount and did not allow us to leave. Customer care did not help in time. After many complains they did not return the money

Pathetic service. There were no blankets provided. The bedsheet was stained and very dirty. I went to the reception 10 times asking them to change the bedsheet, provide the remote for Ac, asked for toilet roll. But nothing happened. The caretaker was rubbing the fresh bedsheets against the dirty stairs. I saw it and was shocked. Pathetic service.
