Location was excellent. We all had a very nice time. Took a nap upon arrival, after driving for 4 hours. Then walked over to the beach at sunset. Came back and went to the pool until it closed. Then went back to our room and watched a movie and ate popcorn from the vending machine. We all slept very well. The unit gets really cold, so there's no issue with the AC there. We bought groceries at Kroger in the morning, and cooked breakfast, before checking out and going to hang on the beach. This property is well-equipped with extra bedding, blankets, beach gear, toiletries galore, a shower with high water pressure and kitchen essentials. We would absolutely stay here again, and a had a wonderful time!

The extra $40 payment for parking at the property was frustrating. There wasn't really a mention of it in the booking screen. The message with this information comes only a few hours before check-in. When you go to the Office, they inform you that the extra fee is from the HOA to the unit owner, and they have nothing to do with it. However, in the info message about paying for parking upon check-in, it makes it seem like the property/Office is where this extra fee comes from. It just felt a little like everybody was passing the buck. It would be nice to know about this fee before booking is finalized, instead of a few hours before checking in.
