We really loved the atmosphere. It was so calming and relaxing. We were two girls scared in the new city with a new rules, but the employees calmed us down with a delicious tea and welcoming atmosphere. They were always there for us when we needed something or wanted to know something, or they recomended us some trips as well. The place have really nice rooftop with amazing view. The food is really good there we looooved the breakfasts. They always took care of us asking how was your day? everything all right? and so on. It was nicely close to the center. It was amazing experience and we recomend this riad.🥰🥰

Staying here was perfect for a short trip. The location was great as it was easily accessible to all main attractions by foot, and it was easy to find being on a well lit street that had landmarks we could use as a guide. We absolutely loved trying the traditional Moroccan breakfast and thought it was great to get a range of food to set you up for the day. The Riad was a perfect space for tranquillity after exploring the loud, bustling streets of Marrakech. every time I stepped into the Riad the space had a comforting relaxing smell due to the spa and it really made it feel at home in a place so new to us. Note to anyone booking - Riads tend to be like huge guest houses and so you can hear quite a bit in your room with outside noise, however everyone was respectful at night. If you're a light sleeper take ear buds because the call to prayer can be quite loud and you would be situated right next to a mosque. We went during Ramadan therefore, the call to prayer was even earlier. The food is great, if you're looking to grab a post flight meal whilst waiting for your room to be ready! In particular the Pastilla if you like sweet and savoury combined!! Finally - the staff were INCREDIBLE, I have never been anywhere where the hospitality is that exceptional - huge thanks particularly to Hicham and Omar - they were extremely helpful and welcoming. They ensured we arrived safely to the Riad and back to the airport too and give you the most fantastic welcome when you arrive.

The shower room was quite small, but it was still clean and was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. There is not much natural light in the rooms due to the layout, but you can open your shutters for a little bit. However, we didn't spend much time in our room apart from to sleep, shower and get ready! We spent most of the time on the wonderful rooftop :)

The staff at Riad Samir were amazing available 24/7 to help with anything needed! Location is a perfect 10 minute walk to the main square filled with restaurants and a nice little cafe. They also have a great selection of local coffee.

Position central in the Medina and near the main attractions. Staff available to help and support. Clean room.

No place to enjoy dinner indoor during winter time; At the beginning it was assigned to us a very small room that after 2 days we asked to change for a more confortable one. ( if we hadn't had the change the price would not have been suitable .. pay attention to the room assigned) Dinner menu is fine and good but for max 2/3 days

Staff is very courteous and welcoming. Food is delicious. Location wise it is a 10 mins walk from taxi stops. With a kid it could be little inconvenient especially at night.

Rooms are bit ordinary and compact compared to our other Riad stay. Bathroom needs refurbishing
