Todo estuvo bien nos gustó el hotel y el trato del personal.

Good breakfast, and the fears about it being overcrowded were a nothingburger. Room was as advertised with a nice hot shower. All impeccably clean. Location was spot-on - just 10 minutes to the Mall, I can’t imagine being much closer for this price.

The rooms are nice and have what you need. The lemon ice water in the lobby is a nice touch. Wide variety at breakfast though focused on starch and sugar (e.g., no plain yogurt, only flavored).

I can’t understand why they charge $20+ for parking. It seems to me if you rent a room form a hotel, they should give you free parking, otherwise they are making money off of you twice. Anyway, both times I have visited, I have found on-street parking easily so I recommend people follow suit.

It’s so close to the Union Station and the State Capitol going to the National Mall . As for cleanliness it met my expectations and the staff are helpful and respectful .

In our 3 days/2 nights stay at Hyatt Place Washington we hadn ‘t have anything we didn’t like . We actually liked it.

Location , clean and tidy

We dined in 3 nights as had children and had walked all day so was easy first 2 nights service was outstanding the young server was awesome and the bill was clear however our last night was below average couldn’t sit in restaurant area and the bill she added her tip didn’t ask and I already added so was double taken that was really off and left is annoyed to be honest the meals are basic, fine but not valued at $160 !!! Which it cost and to us that’s over $200 nzd maybe be more clear or let us do tip like first two nights
