the view, the location, the cleanliness beds are incredibly comfortable

Kitchen: nt enough silverware and a mixer would be useful. Living room: one sofa for 4 people is not enough Also, a welcome bag with soap, tablets for the dishwasher etc would have been useful particularly for short stays.

1. The apartment was advertised with a swimming pool however upon arrival we were informed the pool is shut for the duration of our stay 2. We had no cutlery, pots or pans however a cooker and a dishwasher were included in the apartment which doesn’t really make sense. 3. the apartment was advertised with kitchen essentials in the photos such as a toaster a kettle and a coffee machine none of these appliances were in the apartment which was ridiculous 4. no hand soap in dispensers 5. The Shower ran out of hot water after 1 use when the apartment is supposed to facilitate 6 people 6. We experienced banging through the night from the canopy’s (sun blockers) from other apartments 7. Neighbour complaining about noise numerous time even before 11pm 8. Had a constant smell of sewage in the lobby and through the apartments in some instances 9. We had to wait 2 hours for maintenance to attend our apartment as our key got stuck in the door it turned out to be a loose screw
