Great Location, lovely property

It was a good location. Very good public transport links.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with our recent stay at this property, which fell significantly short of the standards advertised. Despite multiple communications with the host both before and during the stay, several critical issues remained unresolved, severely affecting the comfort and safety of my group. These included: 1. No Wi-Fi Access: I contacted the property numerous times regarding the Wi-Fi, as this was essential for my work. It was never resolved. The host offered to compensate for only 15GB of data, which was insufficient for six guests over three nights. I even suggested alternative accommodation be arranged, but this was completely ignored. I had to make my own arrangements to access the internet for important meetings. 2. Poor Network Reception: Mobile signal in the house was extremely poor, and we had to go outside to make phone calls. This left us virtually disconnected for most of the stay, which was a major inconvenience. 3. Uncomfortable and Noisy Beds: All the beds were squeaky and uncomfortable, leading to sleepless nights and body aches for everyone — including my 79-year-old grandmother. This is unacceptable for a property advertised as suitable for groups or families. 4. Inadequate Ventilation: The property lacks proper ventilation, with only one window at the front of the house. For safety reasons, we couldn’t leave it open overnight, resulting in a stuffy and uncomfortable indoor environment. 5. Security Concern: On Saturday night, we returned just after midnight to find the shared front door wide open. This raised serious safety concerns, especially since the property is shared with other guests. It is unacceptable that such a basic security lapse occurred. 6. Unhygienic Waste Management: The outdoor bins were overflowing and attracted flies due to the heat over the weekend. This made the entrance to the property unpleasant and unhygienic. 7.

The location was good.

Mattress not good, no mattress protector, shower dirty. Duvet and pillows dirty, no protectors. Carpets need cleaning.

Parking is very hit and miss. Very busy area .

Location and living space was very good.

Advertised as sleeps 6 but the L shaped sofa is not sufficient for 2 people so in reality sleeps only 5 which was a problem for us as we were 6. The 2 single beds were very flimsy and uncomfortable. Also found 4 big flies in property due to stacked bins outside. The bin in kitchen was broken.
