Coastal Soul House in the heart of Naples

The house was nice and a comfortable bed.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this house. The house kitchen was infested with cockroaches, and I must say it was absolutely dreadful. From the moment I entered the property, all seemed normal. Left the property for 20 minutes and when we returned,my family and I were greeted by these unwelcome guests scurrying around the kitchen countertops and even in the refrigerator. It was clear that the house had not been properly maintained or cleaned to prevent such an infestation. The constant presence of cockroaches made it impossible to relax and enjoy my stay. Every time I opened a cupboard or turned on a light, I would be met with the sight of these repulsive creatures, they were all over our food, which left me feeling disgusted and unsafe in my own temporary home. Not only were the cockroaches a major health concern, but they also caused significant inconvenience. I found myself constantly on edge, worried that they would crawl on my children or infest my belongings. It was a constant battle to keep them at bay. I contacted the host multiple times regarding the infestation and it was clear that they were ignoring us and knew about the infestation. Very bad customer service and they have yet to reply to our messages. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness of the house left much to be desired. It was evident that the property had not been properly cleaned or maintained, and the pool had not been cleaned. There was dirt, grime, and even food crumbs scattered throughout. This lack of cleanliness only exacerbated the issue with the cockroaches, providing them with ample hiding places and sources of food. In conclusion, my experience at this house infested with cockroaches was nothing short of a nightmare. The constant presence of these pests, combined with the overall lack of cleanliness, made it an unbearable and unsanitary living situation.

The house was spacious and clean. The pool/ hot tub was definitely one of the best parts! There were plenty of towels and beach supplies (chairs, coolers and umbrellas) for a beach day. Only 8-10 min from the beach. Highly recommend!

Backyard and bedrooms were nice as well as location. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. House was fully stocked with beach equipment which was very convenient.

We had pests in the kitchen which was disturbing and uncomfortable and unacceptable. We were promised a 10% refund for the inconvenience but when processed, was only paid out at 8%. The living room does not have enough seating to comfortably accommodate everyone but we expected that based on pictures.

Location was very good. We had everything we needed.

. I wanted you to know you have and ant problem and small roaches in kitchen. You should let your exterminator know.

We loved the king size bed in the downstairs master. So much so, that the person who slept there is going to replace her mattress with that same one. Could you please let us know the brand of the mattress? Thanks so much!

Great location. Fully equipped. Pool and spa were outstanding. 4 comfortable bedrooms to host up to 8 guests. Everything was slick and span. Splendid!!!
