"Buena ubicación pero mal insonorizado/insulado"

Muy buen ubicado y equipado con lo esencial. Bastante limpio en general y proceso fácil de recogida de llaves (siempre que tengas batería e internet en el móvil!).

El apartamento está muy mal aislado tanto a nivel de temperatura (fuimos en abril y tuvimos que dejar la persiana manual y las cortinas tiradas todo el día para que no se calentara demasiado; no me imagino en pleno verano!) como a nivel de ruido (estando en un segundo piso cualquier mínimo ruido de la calle durante la noche o la mañana se oye muchísimo).

L'emplacement.

Planchers, murs, escaliers et portes d'appartement très bruyants. Porte du bâtiment se ferme avec énormément de bruit à chaque entrée et sortie, surtout la nuit. Les occupants devraient être avisés d'enlever leurs bottes et souliers à talons, pour permettre à tous de dormir: une nuit complete à entendre les voisins du haut, et dans l'escalier. Detail: fournir linge à vaisselle.

La ubicación es excepcional. Tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia.

La cama y las almohadas algo incómodas . Falta de limpieza. El baño es muy estrecho, te rozabas con las paredes al sentarte en el inodoro.
