Buena Vis-ta Apartments with the Sea View

The position wasn't good for us, but it is a decent position in ViS. Landlady is nice, even tho I'd like more information about an apartment when I rent one.

The apartment itself was not worth the money. Small, old, not that clean, facilities almost inexistent, there is no private terrace (the one I got cannot be called terrace, it's 2 old chairS on the back of the building) and the pictures on booking I could say are kind of misleading (actually the whole apartment is different from the pictures, but I guess they rent different ones and show all of the pictures together).

Great location since I really like this part of Vis, Kut. The view is stunning.

Vis island is gorgeous, beaches,nature,towns....

The apartment is small and inadequate. I am shocked that the apartment got the permit for renting.It is placed in the pedestrian area of Kut which is part of Vis town, however when parking the car on the road in the public parking the walking area is danegerous especially in the dark, combination of steps and mud. The owner coming in front of us on the day of our arrival commented to be careful because some animal dropped "something" on that path and it stayed like that for days. It is overpriced and fraud, I am sorry to say but the apartment is cheating of hard working people coming long way on the vacation. Steps leading to the apartmet are also dangerous, which was probale only the roof of old stone house but somehow with extra constructoon works it become an apartment in the attic.

Only location is good

Run away! There is awfull smell from toileit. You need to share very small and dirty terace with other apps in house. On that same terace there is no any sun shade. If you bring out any food, you will have fun with ants. There is no remote controler for tv, and tv is very old one. You will pay for towels and in 6 day you will get 2 of them. Roof is very low, you can't stand in shower. All that for 200+e/per night!

The apartment was very comfortable and had an incredible view! It was easy to get to the main dock and nearby beaches. The Wi-Fi and amenities all worked well and we had everything we needed for a reasonable price, would recommend a stay here :)

It was not the top floor apartment shown in most of the photos - that apartment was lived in by someone else, so the advertisement is quite misleading. There was also a mild ant infestation but anti-ant powder to use under the sink.

This is something else. Genuine Mediterranean vibe.
