Clean, lovely, great location

Would have liked to have been able to check in from 12 and check out at 12 for the cost

Nothing as I wasn’t able to stay due to basic level of cleanliness not being met.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. On arrival, the apartment did not appear to have been cleaned to an acceptable standard, particularly the bedding, which contained human hair. This raised immediate concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. As a result, I felt unable to stay at the property and had to make the difficult decision to leave and drive all the way back to Rossendale. The journey took over 5 hours, and I did not arrive home until approximately 2:30am on Friday morning, causing significant inconvenience and stress. I reported the issue immediately and provided photographic evidence, but I have been dissatisfied with how the complaint has been handled. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.

Imaginative use of a basement flat with limited daylight and no outlook. Well furrnished and fitted out. Well equipped.

We would have liked a draining board in the kitchen, some hooks for coats in bedrooms and some instructions on how to set the time on the clever bathroom mirrors.

Single beds were uncomfortable, had to use a extra double quilt folded to sleep on top, shower were steaming hot! had to run for 10 minutes till we were able to get in & use

Wi fi connection

It was a really nice apartment. Ensuites in both rooms. Nice kitchen area and comfortable beds.

It did get a bit cold and took us a bit of time to sort out the heating but after that it was good.
