Location was good

1) Room provided was of so much dent on walls. 2) No tv provided 3) AC us d to make some strange noise on and off 4) Washroom was very tiny 5) WiFi not working for most of the time 6) When asked for a water bottle as we were three pax, I was told - We will give water only when third pax checks-in at hotel. Very rude answer.

The staff was very nice

The staff was really nice and checked us in well. The room for the price is probably fair. It seems like it is in a good location.

The pictures on booking.com are not what the hotel really looks like. The whole place is much more dated and a little run down. We thought we saw something run across the bed in our room when we first entered. We ended up leaving and getting a different hotel. We didn't feel clean or comfortable staying there.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. There were a large number of cockroaches in the room, which made our experience very uncomfortable. My wife is especially afraid of cockroaches, and we had to deal with this issue every day by trying to remove them ourselves. It was a very unpleasant experience. Apart from this issue, everything else was acceptable. However, the presence of cockroaches is a serious concern and should not be overlooked. I would also like to mention that the prepayment policy is not convenient. Guests should have the option to decide after seeing the room, as situations like this can occur.
