You could improve the security area and the lift

First of all the instructions manual given were unclear and took me more than 20 minutes to figure out where to get the keys. Secondly this unit is not equipped with windows so it felt like I'm living in a prison. Third is no wifi is provided hence I need to use my own hotspot to work but the problem with living within only 4 walls is there's hardly any line coverage hence I cant work in my room and I need to go down one of the restaurants on the ground floor. Its just very bad the experience will never ever come back here again.

Location as it was not too far from where I used to live before and close to Mydin & Daemon mall.

The instructions to get the keys from lockbox were not clear and were confusing. Took us 10 mins to find the right section & where to get keys. The pillows were extremely hard like rocks and ants were all over the sink and floor. The last guests left drinks and food in the fridge, which the owner did not come & collect. No drinking water was provided. The one room was a whole separate suite not connected, which was not informed in the info when booking, it said 3 rooms & 2 bathrooms. It would be great if a squeegee was provided to mop up water after showering as the water went all over the floor and there was a bad smell coming from the drain from day 1.
