Modern apartment and everything you need is there. There was also 2 bicycles

the host allowed us to use his two bicycles for a ride along the beach. Having a washing machine was a plus.

The community turned off the water at different times every night. Could not take a shower, flush the toilet or even brush our teeth. this was not the host's fault but he could have warned us about it and mentioned it in the description of the unit. We ended up leaving two days early because of this.

The location was great. I wasn't sure if we would prefer to stay more in the heart of Francavilla al Mare (just a 5 minute drive away) but I think it was the right choice to be a bit away from the center. Easy parking, quiet, nice places to eat in walking distance. The host was very quick to respond when we had questions and welcomed us to the town. It was so nice to have coffee on the balcony in the morning and look at the Adriatic.

The ceilings are sloped as other reviews have said, but I think we got used to it pretty quickly. You may not if you only spent one night (or are extremely tall).

Gorgeous decor and so close to the beach.

Very nice host and good experience of stay in the apartment. This apartment is on the last floor. So basically you will receive not much space under your head. But the internal organisation inside is comfortable. There is a terrace where you may see the seaside a little. The Wifi speed is quite good. The building has its elevator. However you will have to walk by stairs for one staircase as the apartment is on the last floor. There is everything necessary for the comfortable stay in the apartment (coffee machine, microwave, washing machine etc). It is very small apartment. Bear it in mind. However, the Boho style and overall approach is very good. Parking was also easy inside the condominium yard. The flat is about a street from the beach area which is quite comfortable. There are may places to have a cup of coffee nearby. So basically the apartment is a good choice if you need quick access to the beach area and the calm atmosphere at the same time. As our trip was due to the midseason we had to use the air conditioner for the heating. Worked fine. The host was so kind to have all necessary equipment, toilettes. Good stay and good experience. We have been met by the lady who did our stay very comfortable and was nearby when we needed some help. Great service.

There was an issue with some leaking shower. But i guess that was due to the design specifics and will be fixed. Nothing to add. Good flat to stay in. Very cosy. There might be a challenge to find a coffee capsules for the machine. But local specialised stores have them.

It’s location being close to everything. The property was also very well designed.

Had to get used to sloping ceiling.

Daniele is a wonderful host and went above and beyond to help us. He allowed us to arrive earlier, put flowers for our special date, and gave us wine. He also shared his bikes with us and allowed us to check out later. LOVE THIS PLACE!

The only thing we were annoyed of was the construction on the apt building. They were drilling all weekend we were there and it was so loud downstairs. Neighbors below are also very loud and we heard them partying until 2am. The wall is thin below us. Also the water heating had to keep being reset due to some security setup with the heating. Had to reset the power breaker every day for the heating to work. Elevator also did not work so we had to walk up to the highest floor everyday.
