Ideal apartment for a 7 day stay in Ljubljana, close to the railway /bus station and restaurants, Nikia and her team where great to deal with and where good with communications

Great location. Easy to get to other places from the apartment. Lift was good. Comfortable.

Great location, next to train and bus station. Apartment facilities met my expectations.

The staff was super friendly, but the check-in process would be better if keys could be retrieved from a lockbox directly in the property, without the need to schedule the arrival time.

We loved the open floor plan and panorama of Ljubljana. Also, ideal location, very close to the train station and city Center. Our host was super.

Ok, Ljubljana is super quiet, which is fantastic. The area around the flat can get (relatively) boisterous late at night, but nothing close to a real issue. Just fyi

On the positive side: the apartment is comfortable, there is plenty of natural light, the bed quality is good (note the mattress is very firm, you may like it or not). Although the apartment is small, it is equipped with all appliances, there are also spaces to store clothes. It looks easy to heat (we didn't have to use the heater, although it was 10°C outside). The location is great, near the city centre. There are restaurants of all sorts within 5 minutes walking. The parking on the spot is definitely an asset, BUT please note there is no spot dedicated to the apartment. The car park belongs to the whole set of buildings built around it. So you may find a free spot or not. There are fences, so only people with the remote key have access. A member of the staff gave us the remote at check-in, and we were lucky to have found the only remaining spot. During our stay, depending on the time, the car park was somewhere between crowded and reasonably busy.

On the negative side, the biggest issue was the smoke smell. We ventilated as much as we can (almost constantly) but it was very persistent. Maybe cleaning the curtains would help? That smell really ruined the experience of the apartment. That was a big disappointment for us, and is the main source of the poor score we give, because it meant staying in the apartment was an issue instead of being a pleasure. We also found the dish was not always clean. It was not filthy or something, but we sometimes have to clean it again. The dish is also present in small quantities, so we have to wash some before the dishwasher is full. But these were minor issues to us, compared to the smell. Lastly, the staff was late with the cleaning of the apartment. We arrived slightly later than initially announced, but they were still finalizing the cleaning. They looked genuinely sorry about it and presented it as exceptional. 15 min later the room was ready, so no worry for us All in all, though, mostly given the smoke smell, which we think is present for a while seeing how it was persistent, we could hardly give a good score.

Location, parking, the appartement. Everything was excellent!

Excellent in every way. Everything you need is there. 6 th floor. Elevator. Balcony is tiny but you are able to see the Castle and the Alps! Very good AC. Ten minutes walk to Triple Bridge. Burek Olimpija few minutes walk away. Merkator, the small grocery store, near by. Sundays only open markets are gas stations. Petra is so helpful and friendly, gives every info you need: )

Everything went smoothly!

Location is great. Train/ bus station, old city and center, all within 10 min walk. Lovely view from the small balcony with morning sun. Bed a little hard but good. Clean and modern bathroom, rather small but fine. Enough cupboard space for clothes etc. Staff extremely helpful and nice. What’s app communication effective and easy. Highly recommended!

For a solo female traveler the nearest neighbourhood seemed a little shady at first but I soon felt very safe. It would have been useful to have handbook on how to work the TV.
