Excellent communication from Bruno ahead of and during our stay. Very flexible and helpful, provided brilliant recommendations. The apartment itself was really well appointed and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. Large, comfy bed, plenty of storage, very well appointed kitchen. Lovely lounge and wrap-around balcony for relaxing. The apartment was really well located, close to the harbour and market and old town, easy access to the train station, but on a lovely quiet street. A really perfect base for our holiday.

The pool wasn't as inviting as I'd hoped, but that's a tiny thing compared to how excellent everything else was.

Gostei de tudo. Bruno foi muito atencioso desde antes de nossa chegada. Verificando o horário que chegaríamos para nos atender. E isso foi de imediato. Chegamos e ele já estava nos esperando com as chaves. Deu instruções sobre o apartamento. Deu ótimas sugestões de restaurantes e passeios. O apartamento é ótimo. Muito bem equipado. Confortável, limpo e aconchegante. As camas excelentes. E tem tudo por perto. Restaurantes e supermercado.

Very lovely, modern and spacious apartment. We stayed in 3 different air bnbs during our 10days trip in Portugal and by far this apartment is the nicest we have stayed in. The apartment is so closed to the marina and the fish market and a large supermarket at doorsteps which was very convenient as we cooked during our stay. The apartment was very equipped with all the cooking facilities and everything you need and more. We were a group of 3 and the apartment is big enough to fit more people. The host was very accomodating with our needs and in terms of check in and check out times. Really enjoyed our stay here and if we return to Olhão in the future we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place.

5 mins walk from the ferry and from the city centre with its cobbled streets full of restaurants and shops. Supermarket just in front of the entrance of the building on the other side of the square. The flat was very big, clean and well maintained. Washing machine in working order. Plenty of space to store luggage. One wardrobe in each double room. We had a car parking at level minus one which was very handy. Kitchen well furnished, beds comfortable, quiet at night. Bruno was very kind, met us to give us access.

The pool area in the condo could be improved but to be honest we did not bothered with all you can do around Olhao the pool was the last thing for us.

Gostei de tudo! A disponibilidade do proprietário para deixar entrar mais cedo do que o previsto (por não encontrar estacionamento na zona) e as simpatias que deixou na cozinha: cafés, chás, águas, refrigerantes.... tudo muito limpo e funcional, cozinha muito bem equipada, camas grandes e confortáveis,, a localização e a garagem!! É perfeito para uma família passar umas férias a: apanhar o barco e ir às ilhas, fazer algumas refeições, ir ao supermercado e perto de bons restaurantes (boas dicas do proprietário)

Tudo ok.... Pronto, falta um caixote para o lixo na cozinha. Mas tem balde para reciclagem!!

Gostei principalmente da limpeza da casa, que estava imaculada, cama confortável, cozinha bem equipada. O ar condicionado funcionava na perfeição. A localização é excelente, perto do cais de embarque e de um supermercado. Muitos restaurantes nas imediações. A garagem é uma mais-valia, porque o estacionamento é muito difícil. Destaco também a simpatia da D Susana e do Sr Bruno, que até nos enviou links de bons restaurantes. Recomendo !

Apesar de nunca ter utilizado a piscina, pareceu-me muito pequena e sempre com grande afluência de pessoas.
