Was close to Edinburgh by bus ,

Not best part town ,had to find a place to park as all permit only in area.

Nice location in Leith. Compared to other offers, it was a very good price.

Stayed 4 nights for a long weekend of dancing at a nearby event. The flat was perfect for my needs. Great having a ground floor entry right off the street. The bed was comfy for 1 person, but I would find it a bit small for 2. It was great having the bedroom at the back where it was quiet and having a blackout blind. The shower was good.

Overall the it was great but could do with a few additions: - a hook or rail in the bathroom for towels. - a full length mirror - a bedside table on the other side The breakfast bar wasn't really useable so could do with something to provide a comfortable place to sit & eat. Maybe a lift up coffee table or a TV tray so you can sit on the couch to eat without hunching over.

There was NO PARKING despite this being advertised when I made my booking. This was crucial to my booking and I had to pay for parking for the duration of my stay. In addition, there are road works being carried out directly outside of this ground floor apartment commencing at 7.30am. We were forced to leave during the day as the noise was unbareable. These began in December 2024 and will continue for a further 6 months. In addition, the residents upstairs were very noisy until 4.30am. I used Booking.com as I thought it would be more trustworthy than other sites but THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM YOUR LISTING.

Clean, wifi good, good water pressure, instant hot water, comfy bed 😊

Wrong key safe code was sent (called twice before they answered), thin towels, uncomfortable couch, small tv, took a while to work out door lock, but there were instructions. Power tripped, relatively easy to find the power box behind the trap door.

Only 2 little suggestions - side table on the other side of the bed and some hooks for towels in bathroom.

Warm, quiet, cozy well equipped apartment. Very convenient to tram and area of Leith.

For a couple the bed is small and quilt very light.

Very good location for this small but comfortable ground floor property. We took a bit of time to master all the gadgets as we are old and live in rural France.

The free public parking is permanently full and Edinburgh is expensive to park in. There is parking for 90 minutes nearby at the supermarket.

Overall a great place however it was extremely cold when we arrived to the house and it took a bit to warm up, the bed was extremely comfortable however it is tiny. You got all facilities to be able to cook for yourself and save some money. Extremely close to public transport and the owners leave a guide on the flat with fantastic recommendations.

Everything looks like brand new and spotless on the pictures however the sofa and the chairs on living room aren’t that confortable and quite unstable, and the floor mattress on the bathroom can be changed. There is no good signal on the house and the WiFi is share with the flat next door so it won’t be the best. For the amount of money we payed things can be improved.
