Five Star Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor

we wanted a cruise, and we did get one. The food options were very good, and the chefs clearly put a lot of time and effort into presentation.

Mohammed advised me to get the early flight so we would not miss the cruise - we left cairo at 4am. he arranged a tour for us that morning which was great, but when we arrived at the boat they told us they were not expecting us! we sat for an hour and then they offered us two rooms completely opposite ends of the boat- not happening when we specifically said with the children we need to be togehter. we booked two triple rooms with balcony. Ended up with two twin sea level rooms with windows we could barely see out of. they offered to add a bed but the room was already so small, I ended up sharing a single with my 10 year old. To add insult - the cruise then didnt leave until the next day at midnight! We absolutely did not have to get that early flight and loose a day of our holiday. it felt like Mohammed had made a few mistakes and we never did get an explanation.

We had a fantastic experience on our trip , the boat was beautiful incredibly comfortable, and the food was consistently delicious, truly made our trip unforgettable, Mr. Mohamed made us feel completely safe and at ease the time, He was always available , patiently answering my endless questions and organize amazing private tours and knowledgeable guides Thanks Mohamed everything ran smoothly from start to finish , if you are considering this cruise, don't hesitate - you are in excellent hands and can fully relax and enjoy your time in Egypt.l

Incredible Nile cruise, Mohamed helped us plan our tours ,and he provided guides and transportation to the sites , He had exceptional communication and was clear with daily itinerary, before our arrival and throughout the entries trip , he was in constant contact with us to ensure all our needs were met and to plan the next days , all the guides showed up on time, picked us up from the boat and had great knowledge of Egyptian history, and were extremely pleasant and hospitable.

Nothing at all , cannot complain about any single thing, thank you Mohamed for all the great memories

This isn't directly with the cruise ship, it's through an intermediary. It's not five-star. The trip was very nice, and the people were friendly. But it's not quality.

Overall it was not what I expected.

The cruise was well organized. The itinerary was communicated and followed as planned. Friendly service. I recommend it.

The pool was not warm. The food was decent.

Muhammed the agent was extremely helpful and took us on a great tour of Aswan dam and Isis temple

Not clear on advert but you are contracting (an albeit very helpful) agent who you only see on the first day as they don't come on the boat with you. They then close to departure date, find a boat with vacancies (all boats are rated 5 star but some are much better than others). Suggest you contact the agent and be clear of your requirements - balcony, starboard side in middle etc.

Good and they also pack for you if you need to go for early excursions

watch out for the stops in Koh Ombo and Edfu. They are short stops and depending on the sailing times, the timing can be uncertain.
