Iets teveel huisjes, te dicht bij alkaar

Heel mooi huisje aan de rand van het park, met uitzicht op bos. Huisje had veel privacy en was heel schoon. Voorzien van voldoende gemakken.

Het zwembad en ruimte waren erg koud. Slechte voorzieningen voor omkleden. Geen bereikbare toilet bij het zwembad. (We waren er tijdens herfstvakantie)

The property was located in a very calm and peaceful location with no noise and a good place to detach from the world.

Booking through booking.com is troublesome. I booked the property during the night we wanted to stay. It was a very sudden plan with last moment booking. We got the confirmation from booking.com and I gave the check in time for late night. Got a message later from the property to make the payment online or through bank transfer. Since the link did not work I made a bank transfer. I got no further communication. When we reached there, there was no staff (as expected) but neither was any check in process. We called the 24/7 helpline and there was a guy not even in a state to talk. He told us our booking is not present. We had to stay in our cars all night and next morning when the staff came in, they told us our booking was cancelled since payment was not made before office closure i.e. 17:00. We made the booking at 19:00. So not sure how they asked us to make the payment or why no cancellation email was sent. We then got the place on spot and made another payment. Later the earlier payment was refunded.

De huisjes staan erg dicht op elkaar en de WiFi is matig

Veel te doen in de omgeving. Mooie accommodatie

Zwembad was, hoewel overdekt en verwarmd, te koud. Kwaliteit park wisselend.

De inrichting van het huis en hygiëne was uitstekend

Jammer dat er niet veel activiteiten waren en de cafés waren gesloten
