Este apartamento es perfecto. La realidad supera claramente a las fotos: apartamento impecable, recién pintado, muy luminoso, con techos altos y vistas a los tejados del viejo Madrid. A pesar de estar en pleno centro, es muy silencioso, algo excepcional en esta zona. La decoración es espectacular, con una atención al detalle poco habitual. Todo está pensado y cuidado con mimo. De hecho, estrené el bedding y los cojines del salón. María adora la decoración y personaliza el espacio para cada huésped; incluso me preguntó por mis colores favoritos. La ubicación es ideal, en Malasaña, a un paso de Gran Vía y Fuencarral. Todo se puede hacer caminando. El apartamento está completísimo, muy cómodo y perfecto para estancias largas. María es una anfitriona excelente: profesional, cercana y extremadamente rigurosa con la limpieza. Es, sin duda, el alojamiento más limpio en el que me he alojado. Tras la estancia, resulta evidente que una valoración muy baja aislada no refleja la calidad real del alojamiento. Volveré sin dudarlo.

Bed could be updated.... Me and my husband had the feeling that the whole thing could collapse at any moment

It was close to the main attractions. The staff was very attentive, they gave recommendations on what to do and kept in touch to make sure everything was okay.

The appartment was not very clean, it bothered me a bit. We had a problem with the water heater, which sometimes went out and took a long time to turn back on.

The men how takes care of the property was very friendly and helpful. The property was well located. The bedroom mattress was comfortable. The air conditioning was working.

The toilet did't flush right. If by mistake you use too much toilet paper, you need to call a plumber. The shower worked on cold water 80% of the time. There ware no garbage bags on any bin - kitchen or bathroom. There ware no broom or mop on property. We receive just 1 set of keys. There is no elevator and the loft is on the 4th floor. The parking in the area has 34 Euro/day, not 25 like they said on booking details.
