Condiții foarte bune

The apartament was very clean, 15 minutes walking distance from Alba Carolina Citadel. The host was honest and did not try to change the price after my reservation. Unfortunayely, this was a common thing that happened in the weekend 15-18 August in Alba Iulia, due to 2 festivals.

It was very hot (26.5 °C) in the apartament, no AC. The flat is located on the 1st floor, the windows and balcony open on a roof with pitch that becomes very hot under direct sunlight. The drainage in the shower was clotted, with no possibility to clean it on spot. Water was draining very very slowly. There is a hospital in close vicinity and you could hear the ambulances from around 6-7 am and until late in the night. Since we kept the windows open, it was a bit difficult to sleep.

Locul de parcare trebuie sa-l imparti cu un pom( doar daca ai un matiz) ca sa incapi, la cate bagaje am avut sa le urci pana la etajul 4 si nu are nici balcon.

Bardzo blisko starego miasta, miejsce parkingowe, czysto, dużo udogodnień (pralka, toster, suszarka). Polecam.

The property was central to the city. Walking distance from the fortress and the boulevard. Amenities around the property with all that someone could need. The property itself was good, spacious and with all that someone might need. The host gave us clear instructions for the check-in and other details.

Two things only: 1. The shower water temperature was a bit strange, was either freezing cold or burning hot. We had to constantly switch between cold and hot extremities to find a middle ground. Otherwise, the bathroom was spotless. 2. The main bedroom mattress was not the most comfortable, you could feel the wooden planks from the bed structure. Not major issues, as we concentrated on spending time outside exploring the city, the apartment satisfied our needs.

Good apartment. Perfect location.

The host have to tell in advance that the parking place is for a little car. We go there with SUV and was a big problem with the parking. We have trouble to unlocking the front door. There is a problem with the key.
