. We couldn’t use the shower, sink and toilet because the water was not running… It was a very poor experience and also very unprofessional from the owner side to ask extra money (10eur per person) for the sheets and towels SINCE on the booking website it says that the sheets and towels “ARE FEATURED”!!! Also, there was no toilet paper when we arrived. The owner didn’t understand that we wanted to leave the property to enjoy the city and wanted us to wait in the room (together with his daughter) until he would solve those issues. On the top of that, we don’t think sending the owner’s teenage daughter to deal with these issues is a professional attitude. The hassle with the accommodation ruined our stay in town.
