"Let down by unpleasant smell"

Allowing early bag drop off was a great help to us. The hosts were quick to reply to all enquires prior to our visit. We also appreciate the efforts made by our hosts and the cleaner during our stay when we did have an issue.
Unfortunately, due to the smell (of cat urine) in one of the rooms, two of our party were unable to sleep comfortably, especially on the first night. By the day of check out, we could hardly bear to be in the house at all due to the increasing smell. This also meant that we did not feel comfortable coming back to relax between events during the day.
