Modern 4-bedroom entire house with Garden

Good location and close to local shops kitchen had plenty of appliances but the oven took a little time to work out haha Wifi was great and with 3 people streaming it didn't slow down It was nice to have off road parking and a nice back garden to sit in

If I want to be critical the lack of a communal TV. There was only one TV and that was in the downstairs bedroom

Close to a tube station 4 minute drive. Shops at top of the street and a nice park close by. Good size house.

It is advertised as a four bedroom but there has just been a double bed placed in the living room where the only tv is and 1 sofa taken out. Made it hard for a family of 5 to watch tv. The description says there was a bbq and there wasn't. The garden was nice to sit in but instead of a soft grass area for the kids to play it's turf grass which would be fine but there is pavement slabs underneath which is clearly visible which made it a hard surface and very uneven. As we turned up and had a look around the house the flooring was very dirty, not what I wanted after a 6 hour drive to be turning up to clean and mop floors. We had put the expected arrival time on our booking but the owner wasn't there for when we turned up. A message was given for the code. Never seen the owner during our stay.

Quiet location near to walks and local amenities.

The photos don’t reflect the rooms. The living room has been split into another bedroom so there’s not enough living space.

The location was very handy, close enough to Uxbridge station, beds were very comfy, one of my friends even mentioned that the pull out bed was the comfiest bed he’s ever slept in, plenty of space for cars as there was a double drive way.

Place was very small, the living room was cut in half with a new dividing wall to turn the property from a 3 bed to a 4 bed, this was also left not painted with bare plaster on show, this also meant the living room was tiny and the whole place felt like a shoe box, the main tv was also mounted to the wall in the newly installed 4th bedroom which I felt should have been in the living room. The garden was abit of a mess, new Astro turf was layed very lazily over the real grass which was not cut and property fitted, the Astro lifted up to reveal all dead and mouldy grass which had a bad smell, the small patio area was littered with weeds coming out between the slabs making it difficult to try not trip head over heels, the BBQ advertised in the photos was in 4-5 pieces at the end of the garden against the back fence on arrival, luckily I brought my own electric grill, the shower cubicle handle was loose and the drain was partially blocked meaning water was not soaking away very quickly, extract fan also didn’t seem to work causing allot of steam throughout the house. House appeared not to have been cleaned from the previous guests, I feel we left the place cleaner than what it was like when we arrived. However despite all of this we still had a great time and made fantastic memories!
