BEACH GETAWAY! Luxury Beachfront Condo in Punta de Mita!

The property was exceptional. The complex exterior and grounds are clean and well maintained by a competent and friendly crew. The building entry at the street level is via a coded security box and is easy to use. The unit is two levels down to sea level and that door has an easy to operate security lock. Stepping into the unit the first time was a treat! It is beautifully decorated with a wall to wall view of the pool and ocean. Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated, the bedding is quality and beds are comfortable. Three large bedrooms with king sized beds all have en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, spices, pots and pans, etc to cook a gourmet meal. Yoga mats, weights, beach towels are provided. There is a newer washer and dryer, laundry sink and water purification unit. The owners are wonderful people and very responsive. We had no issues with their property, but our luggage was a day and a half late arriving. They came to our aid with some basics that saved the day. This gorgeous flat is positioned perfectly to enjoy sunrise and sunset. Coffee on the patio with the waves gently crashing while the sun creeps over the mountains is a magical way to start your day! Punta Mita is a treasure. This charming town is safe, clean and full of friendly, delightful people. It is easily walkable, but having a car or golf cart for at least a couple days is recommended.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like. The grocery options in the town are limited and I highly recommend stopping at a large market on the way to Punta Mita. There are plenty of delicious restaurants within walking distance for all meals. Teresa’s Tacos is a couple blocks away and not to be missed. Tacos are 30 pesos and the flan is the best we have ever tasted!
