"Pleasant"

Very spacious

Confusion at check-in, lock box instructions didn't match, still waiting for deposit. Fridge door could do with rehanging. Was served a pint of Stella of very dubious quality in the bar

"Awful. Very bad condition. Property was in a mess. I would definiety not recommend."

The property was in awful condition. The bed linen and towels were thrown on the floor and sofa. The mattresses were bare with no linen. The bedsheets were crumpled on the bed. Kitchen and bathroom were dirty and rubbish bins not emptied. There was a bad smell. I reached with kids and could not stay there. I had to book alternative accomodation.

"Good value, no frills room with three double beds."

Good value space, free parking. Two bathrooms and two showers! It has all the basics but is decidedly no frills. Staff very friendly.

Be aware that the three beds are in the same room. This was fine with us but important to know in advance! The flat is ground floor and positioned directly on a busy main road with 24hr road noise. Unfortunately the blinds did not block light so it was very light at night, which in addition to the safety lighting and road noise made it challenging to sleep.
