Estar cerca del centro

No había calefacción, tampoco ningún aparato que proporcionase calor. Nos cortaron la luz del apartamento el último día a las 8 de la mañana, sin siquiera haber amanecido a esa hora todavía, y cuando teníamos que dejarlo a las 12. Llamamos más de 15 veces y no respondían al teléfono. No tienen vergüenza.

El apartamento estaba bien muy céntrico

La limpieza tendría que ser mejor las sabanas tenía machas si es verdad que no tenía mal olor pero las machas dieron aspecto de que estaban usadas

Die Vermieterin hat ihre Informationen nur in den Chat bei Booking.com geschrieben, die Telefonnummer, die ich per Mail erhalten hatte, war falsch. Ich habe zwei Mails an die Vermieterin geschickt, auf die ich keine Antwort bekam. Schließlich standen wir am Abend vor der Tür, konnten die Vermieterin nicht anrufen und auch nicht in die Wohnung hinein. Also mussten wir uns eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Booking.com war nicht entgegengekommend und hat darauf hingewiesen, dass die Vermieterin die Informationen geschickt hätte. Gute Kommunikation geht anders! Das Geld ist jedenfalls weg.
