Location was perfect, near public transport and nearby restaurants were amazing. Room was clean and tidy and had everything you need.

We loved the location and the convenience to walk to restaurants, parks and major attractions. Matteo was always quick to respond, kind and very helpful!!

The bed is a bit small for a couple, a queen size would be much better.

Spacious house and super comfortable for a family of 4. As seen in pictures. Instructions to get to the apartment were clear. Host was responsive and polite on the messages. We would go back.

For a 5 night stay, there was no housekeeping or spare towels/bed sheets available. Check out was at 10:00.

The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and it is well-equipped and clean (although very small "reminders" of other bad turists behaviours can be shown). The location is great. Although all the bars are just down stairs and opened until morning, we heard nothing and we slept very well. The bed from the bedroom and the one from the living room (kitchen) are very good but do not count on the futon bed if your weight is more than 40 kg. That one is for children and very thin people. The information for check in was easy to follow. The host answered me promptly every time, many times, even at 1 o clock in the morning because I had a parking situation. We tried the two air conditions and they worked perfectly although we didn't need it the next day as the apartment has some tall trees in front of the entrance and windows and their shadows are perfectly for the whole day (every apartment has the entrance on a big common balcony). The shower pressure was very good. I RECOMEND IT AND COME AGAIN. The only thing that I would have wanted was to have at least one hour sooner check in and at least one hour later check out, but this is available for all Budapest accommodations.

This is NOT ABOUT THE APARTMENT - If you travel by car, you should take into consideration that the parking in Budapest is not easy. As a foreigner, you should park in private parking places. You can park even downstairs the apartment (which is another plus for the apartment), in public parking, right in front of it, but no more than 3 hours. After 3 hours you should move it to another place and pay again (easier to pay through an application called Simple# VeddEgyszeruen). If they catch you that you didn't move it, you'll pay a ticket for the whole day, which is actually more convenient because is cheaper than the private parking, but these penalties could change through time and become bigger.

Loved the two air conditions and that there was a coffee machine. The check-in instructions were great. Just be aware that the door next to the lift on the third floor is not locked, you'll need to turn the knob to open it.

Be aware that the second bed is a couch in the kitchen. A second bedroom, light blocking shades or curtains, and a separate toilet would have made the apartment flawless. The prices in Budapest for accommodation were ridiculously high due to Formula 1.
