price was good. location less than 10 minutes walk. neighbours quiet

The apartment is cozy and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has a drinking water filter and a great coffee machine. The landlord was very kind and allowed us to move in early in the morning (before check-in time). I'd be happy to come back.

If you are traveling with your spouse and you are large, the bed may not be wide enough. The front door lets in all the noise from the common hallway, but no one made any noise there at night.

"Excellent location, great value for money, and a very convenient stay."

The location is very good and the cost-benefit is excellent. We were able to walk to Lotte World and Lotte World Theme Park easily. There are many good food options on the street, nice cafés nearby, and we especially liked the sushi place close to the property. The area has good infrastructure, which made the stay very convenient.

Overall, we had a very good experience.

It’s great memory of stay in Korea. They makes me remember my high school life . I was before live in Korea at Jamsil area. One thing many stairs.. it feels some hards to up and down. But, otherthing so nice .

No lift at fourth floor.
