I could check in middle of the night

door card didn't work, i had to walk back to reception. Room wasn't clean enough and bathroom was dirty.

The hotel itself looks nice, has gym, swimming and spa onsite.

Being woken up at 3.45am with another guest coming into our room. How is this possible? Breakfast was OK, not great. What breakfast does not serve juice? Rooms balcony door does not close correctly. Lights do not work in the room, had to call maintance. One room was not even ready when we arrived.
