Ich möcht mich sehr herzlich bedanken es war alles in ordnung. Hauptsächlich waren die Rezepsion Personal die Frau Yasemin war sehr freundlich und sehr hielfsbereich.

Зупиняюсь в цьому готелі вже не перший раз. Але в цього разу, було просто жахливо: приїхали в готель ввечері стомлені, перший номер взагалі був в ремонті-персонал навіть не знає що відбувається в них в номерах. Після заміни на інший номер, прибраний був погано, ванна кімната брудна, дзеркала дуже брудні, кондиціонер не працював, серветок в номері немає, води гарячої не було. На рецепції коли здавали номер персонал навіть не поцікавився чи все добре і сподобалось нам чи ні.

The staff from senior management to the staff on reception, restaurant staff, and cleaning staff were absolutely amazing and friendly.

Breakfast was a bit poor. At 9:30 there was no fresh hot food.
