Excellent location to access the Alan Higgs centre.

The free on street parking isn’t available as it’s for resident permit holders only, all the streets nearby are exactly the same so if you have a car then you may have to make arrangements for parking your car some distance away. We could see the owner has tried to make an effort and there were some things that were very nice like the sofa. There was only enough knives and forks for two people and there were 5 of us staying. There were only 4 dinner plates and cereal bowls too. Some extras that might be nice to have would be a clothes airer and a proper ironing board as you always end up with creased clothes when you pack. My daughter had the bed with no headboard and upon inspecting where things were it was broken in a cupboard. My daughters pillows kept falling off the bed behind her as the bed was not butted to a wall. I think overall it was okay but had a very student feel about it and nothing kind of worked properly like the chest of drawers, a lot of them you just couldn’t open etc. I think given a little time and a small amount of money it could be okay. The TV only worked if you sign in with your personal details and are using it for a smart tv as it was not connected to an aerial. If you don’t mind slumming it a little with the current facilities the location is excellent and you don’t need to park then its fine.

Best location so far for an airbnb if you looking to stay near city centre or the CU
