Terraza no limpia. Vecinos arriba hacían mucho ruido. No había tachos de basura en baños. Demandó 200usd de depósito y lo va a devolver recién en 10 días. Considero un plazo extremadamente largo x días de alojamiento.

Buitenterras is heerlijk. Prima slaap- en badkamers. Afgesloten gebouw met lift.

Kleine woonkamer. Hoewel er 2 slaapkamers zijn, is binnen alles meer op 2 personenen gericht. Echter is dit alleen en min punt bij slecht weer, omdat de buitenruimte alles goed maakt.

Constant dripping of water from the air-conditioner inside the bedroom for the whole time we were away,difficultly of getting into the accommodation on the first day, way too complicated, not being able to actually talk to someone- all correspondence had to be by text

They didn’t return the €200 deposit. When we arrived, we left our things and went out to the city to eat. When we came back, we saw that the bedroom door was broken and wouldn’t close. I took a photo and sent a message to their team. I asked if they knew about it. They replied that they didn’t. (No one came to check or to talk.) I just informed them, wanting to be polite. We continued communicating. After I left, I asked when they would return the deposit. Silence. After more than two weeks, I asked again: when will you return the deposit? They said they wouldn’t, because we had broken the door. No one had informed us about this, they just decided so. It all sounds like a scam."

The apartment is well equipped, including the small kitchen. Each room has a private bathroom, which definitely creates comfort. The beds are large, with very comfortable mattresses. The apartment has a large terrace, which was probably well maintained earlier. The street is busy, but with more luck you can find a parking space. We did not meet the hosts, but the communication regarding the accommodation was intensive and helpful. We received unexpected help from two men living next door, for which we would like to thank them!

The terrace is wonderful! Too bad it is not maintained! Perhaps access to the apartment with a mechanical code, instead of keys that we could not find, would have saved some worries...

Check-in was easy and code-based. Place was clean, quiet, and spacious as we were only two travellers. We spent a lot of time on the private terrace, where you could see the coastline from a distance. Large improvement from prior reviews about not having sufficient kitchen gear as there was plenty. Relaxed 15 minute walk into Bari old town and 30 minute flat walk to Bari Centrale train station.

Terrace was in the middle of being renovated (i.e. the table / parasol / deck chairs were broken and I believe were being replaced) - nevertheless, we enjoyed the space as there was an unobstructed view. WiFi was patchy but easily solved by turning on/off router every day.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, cicha okolica i jednocześnie blisko centrum miasta. Duży taras z leżakiem i stołem z krzesłami. Wspaniały, pomocny sąsiad.

Sposób dostania się do lokalu, bo kod internetowy czasem zawodzi.
