The price of the house is great. The downstairs was very clean and put together, also. It was also very secure which was a definite plus for the area of Columbus that it is located in.
The amenities were not up to par. The stove didn't work, there were supposed to be tvs in every room, not the case at all. The downstairs TV wouldn't connect to the internet so the only TV we had wouldn't work. There was still some leftover food in the fridge and random things in each room. There were also ants all over, especially in the second bedroom. They were so bad my friend couldn't even sleep in that bed.
