L'emplacement, facilité d'accès à toutes les commodités et plus.

Ne pas avoir été prévenu des risques de coupure d'eau. Tout le monde ne sait pas se laver à la bouteille et à l'eau froide. C'était dérangeant et malaisant d'être sur le fait accompli. Du coup une ristourne sur les frais aurait été bienvenue.
