Visually our hotel looked lovely and clean, but all of the issues we had during the stay completely ruined any advantage of this.

Constant construction directly outside our windows and even outside of our room door at all times! We upgraded to the room with the bath which had no hot water during our stay so couldn’t be used. The fridge in the room also didn’t work. The walls are paper thin as well so you can hear every conversation and noise from other rooms. The storage room for luggage was also completely open with no locks for security! Overall, this is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and would highly discourage anyone to book a room here. At the very least, don’t book the premium room with the bath as you will be right beside the lift and kitchen - possibly the worst spot for the most expensive room which is ridiculous.

The hotel benefits from a good location with excellent walking distance to the inner city districts.

Unfortunately, the stay was significantly affected by noise issues. The walls are extremely thin — it was impossible to ignore sounds from neighboring rooms. You could clearly hear guests next door plugging in their charger, taking a shower, and moving around as if they were inside our room. Additionally, the elevator located near rooms 1 and 2 was incredibly loud. Since it appears to be quite old, you can hear it operating constantly, even throughout the night, which made it very difficult to relax or sleep. Although housekeeping did not start particularly early in the morning, sleeping in was not possible due to the poor sound insulation. The noise from vacuum cleaners was clearly audible and quite disturbing. The room door also felt inadequate. You could see the hallway light shining through the gaps, which does not create a sense of safety or proper insulation. While entry requires a key card, there are no additional interior locks or security latches, which made us feel uncomfortable. The bed was also not comfortable. You could feel every spring in the mattress, and both my back and neck were hurting the next day.

Bed was broken. It looked like the repair was attemted but not sucessfully. Also a lot of dust and rubbish under the bed
