Very nice place in a great location in the center. The rooms are clean and there is everything you need.

No reception, you just get your keys from a box and do your thing, same for luggage storage.

Super bon séjour passé dans cet hôtel je recommande. La chambre était très propre avec le soucis du détail et le personnel qui s’occupait de nous, Arvin était très réactif et à l’écoute!!

Everything was very nice, bright and clean room, very friendly administrator, who assisited us with all needed information. The location is amazing, as it's a city center and we literally didn't use public transport. Even though the street is very active and loud, our room was very quiet. Absolute suggestion

Haven't really found. We stayed for 4 nights, so would be nice if the towels were changed, but if I'm correct, for that we needed to put a sign, however, we haven't done that. Must be a a details we should think better about next time.

En el anuncio de la habitación salía una habitación con bañera , bastante amplia. También por escrito , cuando hice la reserva de la habitación , no tenia nada que ver con las fotos que vi , era muy pequeña sin apenas luz natural sin la bañera , calidad precio una decepción total.

The location of this property is fantastic, the staff, most specifically Arvin who was our designated contact person, was fantastic and helped us with any queries we had immediately and efficiently, he definitely made our stay so much more comfortable. The room was lovely and spacious and very clean, the whole hotel smelt lovely, and we loved the ambient lighting throughout our room such as over the headboard and behind the mirrors in the room and toilet. The bed was very comfortable and the TV was huge and worked fantastically. We were able to do everything we planned on our check list as the location was perfect. The staff are also extremely helpful if there are any issues such as issues with certain appliances e.g. kettle for ourselves, and we had a replacement within 5 minutes. This hotel is more than worth the money and we would highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Our only “complaint” would be that the rooms aren’t entirely sound proof, however that didn’t affect our stay at all, we didn’t hear any loud noises or people during anti social hours and cleaners and staff were only heard late morning in which case we were already awake. I wouldn’t say this is a complaint at all as it didn’t affect us.
