"You get what you pay for,"

The owners were very responsive and reasonable in there requests and rules.

Beds were uncomfortable, floor was cracked in multiple places and felt like you were going to fall through

Even though I hesitated to book the place, it was the only available property that would fit my needs, and I am glad I gave it a chance. The premises are very clean, the communication with the host is easy. Overall, I had a great experience. The host provided very clear instruction, including a video, on how to access the property, so I had no issues getting in.

I actually enjoyed the stay. Nothing I can complain about.

"Good"

Someone got killed in the residence 8 days prior and my 12 year olds couldn't sleep the whole weekend. They were a bit traumatized as was i. What should I do because I wasn't informed of this. I have a screenshot of the police report, but it's public info. I think I should be compensated because I'm worried about my boys, as well as myself.
