El apartamento en general, está muy bien, la terraza pese a al tiempo, pude usarla todo lo posible, la cama muy cómoda, la ducha accesible y espacio para poder colgar la ropa, además de espejo de cuerpo entero, me gustó la ubicación y mi estancia fue muy apacible.

A mi parecer creo que necesita algún mantenimiento, sobre todo para la ventana de salida a la terraza y algún enchufe que no funcionaba... una pequeña revisión general de detalles.

When going to property there were no clear instructions for getting into the property, throughout the stay the buzzer rang often. The neighbours are loud too. The bedroom window goes into the corridor so the neighbours on the right will wake you up. The flat itself is messy. Disheveled and not worth the price, there were ants in the property throughout our entire two week stay and they bite, the door to the balcony swells in the heat and is near impossible to open to get out. The curtains don’t cover the window in the living room so the run comes right in making the flat an oven. The walls are dirty. The listing photos are taken on 0.5 so it looks bigger in the photos than it does in real life. The kitchen is small and the bottom of the kitchen outboards come off and are taped together- underneath the cupboards is a load of rubbish. Theres loads of stuff on the balcony including a broken suitcase and old stuff not like the listing photo at all. The toilet makes an awful noise anytime any water is used in the property this is constant. There is mold in the top corner of the shower. The step to the balcony is broken too. The bedrooom shelves are filled with also just extra stuff not in the listing photos the whole apartment feels cluttered and uncared for. Yellow I can only assume urine uncleaned behind the toilet. For the 1,900 we paid for two weeks this is not at all worth the money. Pay to stay somewhere else.

I got the keys from the cleaning lady who was about an hour behind check in schedule. The location you can't beat. The host is very quick to respond. The elevator is a great accessory. the patio deck is wonderful but there are a few personal items it the home that are left out which make it feel very cluttered. like most reviews say, this has HUGE potential but doesn't seem to be a priority to the owner. the bed is VERY comfy. The place is warm in the winter. Lots of closet space. definiteyl fine for 2 people but NOT more than that. Shower is great.

the apartment smelled like cigarettes but the host was very quick to remedy with a cleaner coming the next day. the previous cleaner had come with 2 dogs and a cat and her male partner was smoking which im assuming is where the smell had come from weirdly enough. The fridge smells very weird and should be replaced. The floorboards under the sink are not fixed to the wall so it kept falling down. The kitchen/desk is only for 1 person. Washing machiene needs to be cleaned. Toilet has back water that comes back up after flushing.

Tiene una excelente relación ubicación y espacio, muy luminoso y la terraza fantástica

El piso tiene muchas deficiencias, a pesar de que tiene todas las condiciones para ser mucho más. La limpieza es precaria y hay muchísimas cosas acumuladas que en un piso de alquiler turístico no tiene sentido que tenga. No es como en las fotos, esta lleno de cosas que acumuladas que dan apariencia de poco limpio. El congelador no funciona, y solo teníamos una cuchara y un tenedor. Tuve que hacer un poco de orden y limpieza para poder estar más cómodos. El baño solo cuenta con una cortina, no tiene puerta, eso puede ser incomodo, tampoco tiene ventanas o extractores (no tiene ventilación).
