it was a nightmare experience considering that I paid in full 1 week before and provided all the necessary documents, according to the owner's requirements. I was told that I would receive the access code for the keys at 3 pm...at 4 pm I was at the location and I did not receive anything...I called the number indicated and no one answered...at 5 pm a team came to clean the apartment and through them I spoke to someone who gave me the code for the keys...I waited for them to clean and then I entered the apartment...normally I should receive compensation and booking should remove the property from their list...
