The Altruist Navi Mumbai Hotel

Good location and accessibility. Lobby area is spacious and well-lit. The reception staff and security personnel was good. Pleasant check-in and initial experience. Unfortunately everything went downhill from there on.

Room was very poor, stuffy and smelly. It had a window AC and the remote didn't seem to work. There were mosquitoes in the room, which troubled our child as well. The mosquito repellant didn't seem to help. Bathroom was smelly and had extremely sub-standard toiletries. We did not shower. Telephone was dead, so could not even call reception. They said it will be fixed the next day. It wasn't. Had to call reception from my mobile phone. Breakfast was extremely basic. We had it twice and it wasn't consistent as well. There was loud unpleasant music playing on the first morning. We were not informed if any additional live counter/kitchen options were available. There are a few eating options nearby, would recommend exploring.

Location is good. Staff is also ok.

Room facilities are not good. Cost is very high with respect to hotel facilities and others. Very less food variety. Mosquitoes in the room. Cleaning is not proper.

The location was good and well maintained.

Bathroom was not cleaned properly it was stinging. Also staff was not well trained i missed my train due to late checkout.
