Some feedbacks for owner improvement and customer reference : 1. Slow response rate from the owner. Had a prob but replied after 4 hrs+. 2. The light in the kitchen is not working. Had to stay for 4 days with a dark kitchen. Inform the owner but only said it is not working and sorry. 3. Missing aircond remote and tv remote. For aircond need to use 1 remote for 2 airconds. Tv with no stand or mount, only put on the cabinet, how to press the button underneath since got no remote. Again the owner just said sorry 4. Moldy toilet door and stains on the floor. 5. 2 doors cannot lock : toilet and bedroom. 6. Dining table not suitable for elders, sitting on the floor. 7. Pipe at the sink is hard to turn to refill the cuckoo. 8. Garbage beg only provided 1 for 4 days stay. 9. The mattress in the master bedroom is still wrapped in plastic. Not comfortable at all. 10. Towel limited to 1 towel per room. Please improve because we pay quite an expensive price for 4 days here but the experience doesn't meet the standard at all.
