The Works - Private one bedroom apartment

The apartment was supposed to have a balkony. Unfortunately it was under construction. The apartment was lovely, well equipped and clean. We didn't meet the owner but we got response on questions mostly quite quick. I loved the location of the apartment so much. I'd definitely come back.

the property is amazing great location right across from arndale mall.

it was unfortunate that there is scaffolding so we had no way of opening a window in the heat or a view of any kind.

We were not informed about the state of the property, which has substantial building work in progress. Scaffolding everywhere, building noise and dirty windows overlooking scaffolding and building materials.

Perfect space in the heart of the city, clean, cozy, good value for money!

Just the surrounding noise of the workers around.

Location was perfect and place was very modern.

Didn’t have a key fob to enter/leave property upon entrance so had to wait. Also hard to find as entrance is almost concealed but may be due to roadworks

The Apartment was clean and in a good location. host always replied quick when ever I had a question to ask.

We bit loud at nights but not to bad considering it's in the city centre.

The check-in process were very painless. At first it was difficult to find the property since there are scaffolding surrounding the building. However, type the full address and postcode on your google map and you should be able to find it. It is basically in front of Roxy. George greeted me in the entrance and handed in the keys.

Perhaps because there was a repairing or maintenance schedule, the builders were making lots of noises and talking a lot. Which is basically right in front of the window and woke me up at 7:30am - I noticed they are only there during the workday. Aside from that, even though it is close to the central area and was a bit busy. I still slept through the weekend.
