Spacious, clean, perfect for a family of 3. very convenient location near 2 metro lines and easy walking to most of the major sites. Also, a supermarket 100m away and lots of restaurants nearby

Very noisy on the weekend nights and a construction site next door.

The location was excellent, in the city centre and right in gran via.

As we landed, we had to go first to an office to pick up the keys and then walk back to the apartment. The person we talked to was rather rude and very unprofessional (at the check out, another woman apologised for the first one’s behaviour). We were four people and booked a two bedroom apartment, which the description said that it had “two master bedrooms”. The apartment had only one double bedroom and a sofa-bed. We arrived and it was not ready for four people and only three beds made instead. We had to make a fourth bed with a bed sheet we found in a cupboard. They only gave us one towel per person for three days (not an extra hand or face little towel). The shower had no more warm water after 5 minutes (we were four). To check out we had to walk back to that office to return the keys (someone could have just picked them up).
