Appartement sans ascenseur, une climatisation dans le couloir qui ne rafraichi pas l'appartement et surtout pas les chambres de plus elle fuit obliger de mettre des serviettes au sol. Pas de quoi prendre un café sur la terrasse car pas équipé juste des vieilles poubelles d'ailleurs aucune indications concernant les déchets ou les mettres....un parquet rayé un canapé avec des tâches un robinet de douche cassé sans poignée. The apartment was way larger than we expected and the beds were very comfortable. It is within easy walking distance of Treviso Station, so we took the train to Venice (around 45 mins). There was an allocated parking space beyond a gate, so it felt very secure. It was easy to get the keys from the lockbox using the instructions provided. We also liked the (what looked like homemade) art around the apartment.

We stayed in 5 properties over 10 nights and this was the only one we were disappointed with. Before arrival we received several messages from the owner telling us to check-in online. However, we had to input our passport details and other personal data which didn't feel very secure. I almost cancelled it because of this, as it was via a website that we'd never heard of and felt like it could have been a scam. When we arrived, there were 4 used towels on the floor of one of the bathrooms, a hair tie in the other and toothpaste marks in one of the sinks. The main shower (which looked great) was rather broken so didn't work at all well. It also took us ages to work out how to get hot water (you had to turn on one of the switches under the boiler, but it wasn't particularly obvious and there was no guest information to help you figure it out). We could probably have contacted the owner for this info, but when you arrive late at night, you don't want to. A toilet seat was also loose in one of the bathrooms. There was also no info on how to deal with waste. There were 4 bashed up recycling bins stacked up inside each other on the balcony, but it wasn't clear if we were supposed to use them or not. It was a shame because this place could be really great, as it has been decorated in a modern style and is so large, but it just felt a bit unloved. It didn't detract from the enjoyment of our holiday (and I don't normally write negative reviews!), but until the above is sorted, I couldn't recommend it.

Flat is very good, clean, comfortable. Parking was a big plus and location within walking distance to old town. Recommended
