Well equipped , great location.

Great location. Is about 300m to the beach and very close to the old Town in the same time. Many playgrounds around which my kids love. Apartment Was very spacious and comfortable.

We had an appointment in the service company office to take a keys and get directions and informations about apartment. Finally we Got a message about 1 hour before we come that office will be closed and Keys are in the box. We take Keys but don't get any directions from the office, so finally we don't even know which apartment it is, on which floor and etc. That Was very uncomfortable due to fact that we were tired and we want finally rest in apartment. If you coming by car there is a parking place in underground parking but take a note that you will not get a keys to the parking elevator which means you have to go with all your stuff and luggage by walk.

The apartment itself is great - it is located in the city center, close to the beach. It's fully equipped and newly furnished. There is a rooftop swimming pool and one parking spot underground.

Our deposit (750EUR) has not been paid back, and we are struggling to clarify the situation with the company. There is no answer to our emails or messages sent via Booking. We were informed that the deposit will be paid back around 5 days after the check-out. Now almost two weeks are gone, and we received only one piece of information: that they are clarifying the issue with their finance team. Since then, our questions have been ignored. It is really weird because the contact with the staff was good until we left the apartment.
