Sunny Isles, beach life! Parking included

I wasn’t aware that I had to pay a check in fee. I should have been told

It doesn’t have good isolation, so we can hear everything happening outside the appartment, and unfortunately somebody was reparing something, so each day they make a lot of noise. And the workers talk loud.

Exceptionally clean and a large sized condo with 3 bedrooms and a full kitchen including a washing machine and dryer. White tiled floors, comfortable beds and a water/ice dispenser built into the fridge. Bathroom and beach/pool towels are provided. Excellent location for the beach and for local amenities including a Shul. Public transport right outside the condo building and on Collins Ave. The outdoor pool is big and there were plenty of sun loungers and parasols available. There are also free cabanas you can use around the outer rim of the pool area . One outside working pool shower. There is a mini market on site in the building as well as a hairdresser shop and coffee place. The multi-storey parking included, is next door to the condo building and was accessible directly from the first floor, just a few steps from this condo, which was very useful . However the space provided is literally the very last/furthest spot from the exit/entrance on the open exposed top floor of the car park, so in the heat of August, the car was roasting!

Short of a few basics for when you first check in.. e.g. bottle of water. Also this condo is on the first floor at the end of a corridor right above the loading bay for the commercial garbage. The building uses a rubbish chute system for all floors so we were woken/disturbed regularly by upper floors dropping their trash through the chute as well as the service staff moving these bins in the mornings prior to collection etc.. We would recommend ear plugs if you are light sleepers! The building itself is getting on in age now, but the indoor public areas are looked after and maintained. However the pool area is probably due an overhaul soon and could be better modernised.
