Sea View over Valletta Harbour 3 bedrooms

On the booking map the location of the apartment is wrong. So when I ordered a taxi through the booking application the taxi took me to the wrong place about 400 meters away from the apartment.

Sajnos ottlétünkor a lift nem működött és munkálatok folytak a lépcsőházban és a szállás a 4 . emeleten volt. A szállásadó nem volt rugalmas és a kulcsátadás értékelhetetlen volt.

The only two positive aspects were the panoramic view from the veranda and the spaciousness of the house. Everything else was a letdown.

We stayed at this property for 3 days and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The house is poorly maintained and lacks attention to detail: the beds creak with every movement, some chairs were broken, the bathtub was badly damaged, and the towels had a musty, unpleasant smell. There’s an elevator, but it wasn’t working during our stay, which made things even more inconvenient. The real issue, however, was the host – extremely intrusive and overbearing. From day one, we received messages accusing us of making too much noise, which was absolutely not true. We found out that noise detection devices had been installed – one behind the TV and another above the washing machine – placed in a way that seemed questionable and far too sensitive. Any normal daily activity triggered notifications, and the host would message us immediately with unnecessary complaints, claiming that the neighbors were disturbed. However, it was clear that these messages were only sent after the host received alerts from the devices, not based on actual complaints. We don’t think it’s acceptable to go on holiday and not be able to relax or have a normal conversation with family without being constantly harassed. This behavior completely ruined the atmosphere of our stay. The only courteous gesture was at the beginning: there was a misunderstanding regarding the key handover, and to apologize, the host offered us a free airport transfer. A nice gesture, but unfortunately not enough to make up for the constant pressure we felt during the rest of the stay. In conclusion, we strongly advise against booking this property if you’re looking for a peaceful and stress-free vacation. Definitely a place to avoid.

This property should not be listed as a holiday rental. It is in a residential block with elderly neighbours, where every sound echoes so loudly that even whispers carry. Despite the apartment being advertised for eight guests, we were treated as though our very presence was unacceptable. At 8pm, while simply catching up, the host threatened us with police action, and the presumed owner, Daniel?, entered our unit uninvited and verbally abused and threatened my friends. We spent the rest of our stay whispering to avoid further conflict. The property is completely unsuitable for holiday rentals and should be removed. Guests should not have to endure harassment, threats, or fear of eviction simply for using an apartment as advertised. Honestly, just do yourself a favour and DO NOT book here despite what garbage I’m sure the host will reply.

Wasn’t cleaned. Management company took too long to come back to us with a solution. Offered a second property which also wasn’t cleaned. Took a month after visiting to get full refund

The property is very nice and comfortable, you have a view of the sea and you can relax, it is clean, it is quiet and transportation is close, I recommend it!

The apartment was really big and in a great location. It was perfect for our holiday in Malta. We'll definitely stay there again. The sea view it is mind blowing.
