"Disappointing"

Location was okay

The towels were smelly, washroom shower didn’t had smooth flow of water as water was getting clogged. Moreover when i asked for a 30 min flexibility in the chat with host i got a late response and by that time we had already left. We hardly used the cooking gas and was told that the utensil was burnt which was insane and we hardly used most of the things as we were out and cane back to the house only for sleeping.

"Great base for a visit"

Really well fitted out. Ideal base for our trip as it really is only 10 mins stroll from centre of town, attractions, bats, restaurants. Comfortable and pretty spacious. Lovely little town house but not over fussy. No brainer. Excellent, helpful and prompt contact and replies from our host.

Excellent lovely and clean

Lots of space everything that was needed for our stay was available towels hairdryer tea coffee had a lovely greeting on arrival from the cleaner as the host was very kind to allow us to leave our baggage at the property early excellent host

Very well maintained property. Nice and clean. Comfortable and there were extras at home which helped at the time of arrival. Spacious property and backyard was also amazing.

Beautiful house very clean,really enjoyed my time in Cheltenham ,just 5 mins walking from High St ..hopefully come back in the future ..

Beautifully presented home, well equipped with everything we needed, and more. Felt very homely. Welcome pack had plenty of information in it. Great location, quick and easy walk to the town centre and other pubs and restaurants. Hosts were quick to respond and very informative in their messages as well as being very friendly. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

No complaints! There wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay.
