Bonito apartamento en Malasaña / Gran Vía

O apartamento é aconchegante, bem equipado e decorado. O local é próximo ao metrô, mercado, bares e com uma caminhada média você chega a pontos centrais da cidade.

O sensor do banheiro não detecta a presença qdo você está dentro do box e a luz se apaga durante o banho. É incômodo ter que ficar colocando as mãos para fora o tempo todo para que a luz acenda novamente. Sugiro reposicionarem o sensor.

Scarsa pulizia! apparentemente sembra un bell’appartamento ma ha un sacco di magagne ( scarafaggi) e robe rotte .

The property was nicely decorated, everything was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. The owner was helpful and answered all of our questions.

The light in the bathroom keeps turning off while taking a shower and it gets very annoying. And also there is almost no natural light inside of the apartment as it is on the ground floor and all the windows overlook the courtyard.

A gem of an apartment in the thriving centre of Malasaña. Perfectly fitted out and very comfortable. Clean and neat with facilities for everything you would need for a short or longer stay. Isabel kept in touch during our stay and made sure we did not have any issues.

Great location. Easy to get all around Madrid. Nice decor and kitchen amenities.

It is very dark inside - no window to the outside, only to an interior courtyard. The lights in the bathrooms are on motion sensors and would go out while showering, etc. You have to open the refrigerator door (built in cabinet) to get to the microwave.
